Who We Are
The Optimist Shift Foundation is a local homegrown organization dedicated to equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to become successful leaders and change-makers.
We provide mentorship programs, entrepreneurship clubs, leadership development workshops, and community service opportunities for youth ages 12-24 in Greenwood, South Carolina.
